Premium Listings
Premium listings receive enhanced visibility and features to help your property stand out from the competition. For a one-time fee of R5,000, your listing will:
- Appear at the top of search results
- Get featured placement on homepage
- Receive priority in location-based sections
- Get highlighted with a premium badge
- Attract more views from serious buyers
Premium listings remain active until you mark the property as sold or withdraw the listing. There are no recurring fees.
Managing Your Listings
Edit Listings
Update property details, prices, images, or descriptions at any time from your account dashboard.
Track Performance
Monitor how many views your listing receives and track interest from potential buyers.
Unlist Properties
Temporarily hide or permanently remove listings. Mark properties as sold when transactions complete.
