What is Featured?
Featured listingis Impahla's premium visibility product. In product copy you may also see premium - it refers to the same paid placement and highlighting for a single property.
Standard listings remain free to keep live on the marketplace. Featured is an optional, once-off boost when you want more surface time and advert support for a priority home.

Eligible featured stock can appear in the Featured section on the home page for buy and rent discovery.

Impahla-managed social media and Google advertising support included as part of the product package.

- Search and browse on /listings - priority ordering within matching filters
- Home page - Featured carousel / strip for sale and rent (when stock is available)
- Related discovery - other home and browse surfaces that favour featured inventory when it fits
- Off-platform reach - managed social and Google ads described above (delivery and targeting can vary)
Featured helps more people open your listing detail page. It does not replace strong photos, fair pricing, or fast replies.
Price and duration
R1,999
Per listing, once-off (not a monthly subscription for placement). Confirm the amount at checkout; occasional promos may apply.
Featured / premium placement runs for 30 days from activation.
Your listing can stay active on Impahla after the featured window if you have not sold, rented, or withdrawn it - it simply returns to ordinary active ordering.
How agents get Featured
Review current product details under Account - Pricing and manage live stock in My Listings. Payment options at checkout include card paths processed by Impahla's payment partners (see also FAQ).
Launch or promo availability can change - if Featured is offered at a special rate, that will show in the list flow or pricing page when you are signed in.
What Featured is not
- Not an Impahla commission on your deal - platform products are separate from sale/rental proceeds (see Terms).
- Not a guarantee of offers or sold status - placement increases visibility and opportunities to earn views and enquiries.
- Not a substitute for compliance - agents still need verification (for example FFC where required) for professional listings to go live.
