Premium Listings
Premium (Featured) listings receive enhanced visibility to help your property stand out. For a once-off fee of R1,999 per listing, for 30 days of featured placement, your listing can:
- Appear first in the featured band of search results
- Get featured placement on the home page
- Receive a featured badge and highlighting
- Include Impahla-managed social and Google ads support
- Attract more detail-page views from serious buyers
Your listing can stay live after the 30-day featured window unless you mark it sold, rented, or withdrawn - it simply returns to ordinary active ordering.
Managing Your Listings
Edit Listings
Update property details, prices, images, or descriptions at any time from your account dashboard.
Track Performance
Monitor real detail-page views and enquiries. How views and leads work.
Unlist Properties
Temporarily hide or permanently remove listings. Mark properties as sold when transactions complete.
